General Terms and Conditions

Manuela Amann Coaching As of: August 2025


1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Manuela Amann Coaching, Manuela Amann, Am Eisweiher 2, 79689 Maulburg (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and her clients for consulting and coaching services. Deviating terms and conditions of the client are not recognized unless their validity is expressly agreed upon in writing.


2. Subject Matter of the Contract

The Provider offers the following services:

Services are rendered on an hourly basis. One coaching hour comprises 60 minutes.


3. Conclusion of Contract

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Fee Life Coaching: €120.00 per 60 minutes (net, small business regulation according to § 19 UStG – no VAT).

Invoicing: For sessions under 60 minutes, the full hourly rate will be charged.
For sessions over 60 minutes, billing will be done in 15-minute increments.

Fee Stress & Burnout Package: 2000€
Installment payment possible after agreement. 

Payment: By bank transfer, due within 14 calendar days after invoicing.


5. Cancellation & Cancellation Fee

Cancellation no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Free of charge.

Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% of the fee.

No-show without cancellation: 100% of the fee.

Cancellations can only be made by phone or email (no SMS). The client bears the burden of proof for the Provider's receipt of the cancellation.


6. Place and Execution of Services

Services are generally provided online via Google Meet. Deviations are only possible by prior agreement. Participation in a Google Meet session is via an individual invitation link sent to the client via email in advance. Participation is possible without a Google account. Conversations are not recorded.

The Provider does not owe specific results or successes.


7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB (German Civil Code).

Information on Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Provider (contact details see above) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal: If the contract is withdrawn within the statutory withdrawal period and before the commencement of any agreed service, the client will incur no costs. If the service has already begun at the express request of the client before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the agreed service. Withdrawal after full performance of the service is excluded.

8. Data Protection

9. Final Provisions

Applicable Law: German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of Jurisdiction: To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Freiburg.

Severability Clause: If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The parties undertake to agree on a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

Amendment Clause: The Provider is entitled to amend these GTC with effect for the future, provided that the changes are reasonable for the client. The client will be informed of changes in text form.
