I live in the tri-border region (CH/FR/DE) and I value the tranquility of nature, enjoy spending time with my loved ones, and have a passionate interest in coaching and personal development.
After 14 years in the corporate world and the last 7 years in IT change management, I decided to focus on my self employment as a Life & Stress and Burnout Prevention Coach. For years I lived on the edge—on the brink of total burnout myself. With all my energy, I kept pushing through: performing, smiling, “getting things done.”
But deep down, I knew this pace wasn’t sustainable for me. As much as I loved my job and my teammates, it wasn't deeply fulfilling. I stepped back, worked with coaches to rebuild my strength and clarity, and realigned with what truly matters to me: to help others struggling with the same — those burdened by stress and overwhelm.
